My favorite restaurant that I have eaten at is Waffle House. I eat at Waffle House all the time with my friends, and I never get tired of it. Breakfast food is my favorite kind of food, opposed to lunch and dinner.

My favorite thing to get at Waffle House is chocolate chip waffles with maple syrup and eggs. Another reason I love waffle house is that it is very cheap and quick. A waffle at Waffle House costs around $3, so it is the perfect place to eat.

This weekend I went to my cousin William’s engagement party. There were a lot of people that were there, including close friends, family, and relatives. It was fun to catch up with some of my relatives and to meet some of Williams’s friends. I am happy I got to see William for the first time in a while, and some of my other cousins I haven’t seen in a while.

At first, I only wanted to go for moral support, but as the evening progressed, it turned out to be a lot of fun. It was nice to see William and to talk to him about his engagement. I am so glad that I went to this event and to catch up with everyone there.

A deep fake is a video/image that synthesizes the movement and actions of a human being. The person is not actually creating these motions, as it is artificially created using editing and fine-tuning. These are getting much harder to spot than before, it could just be someone’s head moving or lip-syncing, but now it can be almost unrecognizable if a video is being deep faked.

I personally do not like deep fake videos because they can be extremely misleading and confusing. I stumbled upon a video of what appeared to be Tom Cruise playing golf, but it was actually a deep fake. This somewhat frightened me because the video looked 100% real and did not look fake at all. As time passes, deep fakes are becoming more and more real looking, and is getting harder to tell what’s real vs fake.

I am much more able to analyze text and understand the information I am reading. Since there has been a lot of reading this year, my reading and analyzing skills have grown significantly. I am much more able to process the text, and I am getting better at annotating.

I am also getting better at not only reading comprehension but writing too. We have done more reading than writing, but I have improved my writing quality by a lot as well. It is getting easier for me to write and think quicker when doing an English assignment or any assignment.

One of my favorite TV shows is called Better Call Saul, which is a prequel to my favorite show, breaking bad. Better Call Saul is about Saul Goodman, who at the time goes by Jimmy Mcgill. Jimmy trying to become a respected lawyer, like his brother, Chuck. Jimmy doesn’t succeed for a while, and is constantly being criticized and made fun of.

In Breaking Bad, Jimmy represents Walter White, and Jesse Pinkman, who he helps money launder and take care of a lot of illegal things. He helped Jesse get his house back, after his parents took it away from him. Saul ends up moving to a different state with a new name and identity at the end of breaking bad, because Saul is in danger with a group of bad people.

Slade House was written by David Mitchell in 2015 and follows the mysteries that occur in the Slade House. The book follows Nathan Bishop and his mother who are invited to Lady Grayers. Nathan becomes friends with Jonah, who is her son. Nathan experiences a number of different trips and hallucinations in the house and realizes it was the Valium he took.

In the book, it is revealed that the story is actually divided into 5 different stories that take place during different times, that add together. The sections are called The Right Sort, Shining Armour, Oink Oink, You Dark Horse You, and Astronauts.

One of my favorite movies on Netflix is called Nightcrawler. It follows the character Lou Bloom, who is looking for work. He finds a car crash and a camera crew and wants to be on the news. He buys a camera and becomes a Nightcrawler, someone who records accidents and sells them to news channels.

He starts to go overboard when he gets to the crime scene before the police do, and is risking his life and his partner’s life. Lou is insane and would risk someone’s life for a couple hundred dollars. He has lost his sense of humanitarianism and wants only money and fast cars.

Say Nothing describes the struggles of the people of Northern Ireland. The video describes parts of Ireland, which parts are Catholic and Protestant. Northern Ireland is mostly Catholic, and one of the most violent and crime-filled parts of the country. There’s a lot of segregation between Protestants and Catholics in Ireland.

It was frowned upon by society if a Catholic and a Protestant were friends. Violence frequently occurred between Catholics and Protestants in Ireland. Especially in Northern Ireland, where the area is mostly controlled by Catholics.

In class this week, we have been focused on a lot of reading. Say Nothing, and my book for class, Slade House. I think listening to Say Nothing as an audiobook is really helping me get a grasp on the story and plot of the book. I can visualize the book as it is read out loud by the narrator.

I need to spend more time reading, as I tend to read too fast and miss certain parts of the book. With Slade House, I have had to pace myself better, and am teaching myself to read at a slower pace. I am enjoying both books in class but enjoy Slade House more, as the pacing is faster and more straightforward.
